We are progressive minds in an old system, a system that thrives off division. One of the stigmas of technology is that it has made us more disconnected, but technology is just another tool, and tools are useless without it's user. With that being said, I think technology has made us worldly, through social media or the Internet itself we can bond and connect with individuals all over the world, and learn more about them, or learn more about ourselves and our history and how we can change things for the better. Our only problem is that we're not that good at balancing things out, and we begin to worship what we create, like technology and money. I feel if we recognize these amazing tools we've created and treat them as such instead of worshipping them, we'll be okay.
